When will my order arrive?

All of our diamond jewellery are specially handcrafted for you. Please see our standard delivery items below
  • Made to order Engagement Rings : Approx 3 -4 Weeks
  • Plain Metal Wedding Rings : Approx 2 -3 Weeks
  • Items in stock : 2-5 Working days
  • Bespoke Orders : Approx 3 -4 Weeks
Please note that above delivery items are approximate as on rare occasions, some of intricate designs or situations beyond our control may impact delivery timescales. We’ll keep you updated should there be any changes to the delivery time.

Can I get my order earlier?

Yes, if you want your order to be delivered sooner than above mentioned delivery times or need on a specific date, please contact us and we can often meet shorter urgent orders.

How do I track my order?

To Track your order, please login to My Account section. We’ll send an email with courier tracking number when order is dispatched.

Is my order insured during shipment?

Your order is fully insured while on its way to you, whether it is delivered within the UK or outside the UK. It is important. It is important that you inspect your items for any damage or tempering as soon as you have received it. Once the order has been received by you it is no longer insured by us and we recommend you to have your item insured as soon as possible. We supply a valuation certification for insurance purposes with every order.

Can you deliver to an alternative address other than billing address?

We recommend that you have your order delivered to your card billing address. For you this is the most secure method and also helps us prevent fraud.
In case, if you’d like your order delivered to a different address than your billing address, we’ll require you to submit a proof of identification after placing your order. This can be a scan of your driving license, passport or utility bill. The name and address on the scanned id will need to match your billing address. Please send this scan to sales@finecraftjewellery.com
If you've selected Bank Transfer as your payment method you don't need to submit any proof of identification.

Can I collect my jewellery from your store?

Yes, we offer order collection from our store. Please select Store Collection as Shipping Method in Checkout. We’ll contact you to arrange a collection appointment when your order is ready for collection.
